Regimental Samurai vs. Violet Repulse

Post by Sado Ikaru on Wed Nov 27, 2013 3:12 am

Masashige was scanning the «Challenge List», once again trying to decide whom he should challenge. He settles on «Violet Repulse». He knew that Violet was a purple, just like him. His last purple opponent was quite the challenge. He hesitantly hits «Challenge» and begins to transform into «Regimental Samurai».

He closes his eyes as his transformation finishes. He looks around, unsure which «Field» he was thrown into. He quickly equips his new «Armament» - «Steel Shoulder Guards» - and his «Regimental Katana». The area surrounding him seemed to have decayed quite a bit. «Samurai» just hoped that this would be an easier place to fill his «Special Gauge» than that «Factory» was.

«FIGHT!»

As soon as the «Duel» begins, «Samurai» slashes the building next to him and jumps away from it. Assured that his «Special Gauge» wouldn't be lacking in this «Field», he makes his way towards his opponent, easily following the «Compass».

Re: Regimental Samurai vs. Violet Repulse

Sezaru would be having a nice casual conversation with Rei, explaining that he's somewhat nervous for his debut Duel against somebody.

"Dude, I'm like trembling in fear, but you're gonna be spectating right?"

Rei would reply happily: "Yeah man, don't worry, I can't help or anything, but cheering you on is the best I can for now."

Sezaru would give out a small sigh of relief, afterwards, Rei and Sezaru would both say the words "Burst Link," and would be transferred into the Accelerated World, where right off the bat, Sezaru would notice the Scenery change into what looked like a Weathered Stage type of field. As he saw his best friend Rei high up on a nearby Building.

"I'll be here rooting, this is the Weathered Stage though.....looks like it'll be rough, Good Luck though."

Sezaru would smile as he noticed his Cursor slightly moving, one thing that he remembered when Rei taught him the basics of Dueling is that Cursor gives an Estimated location where his opponent would be coming from, nothing about Color, Height, or anything else, just direction; he would then notice what looked like to be the same GunBlade he had in his dream, though the way he was currently holding it felt uncomfortable, so Sezaru decided to change the way he held it from the regular grip to a reverse grip.

"Gotta check my Skill List just to be safe," Sezaru would say before moving, he would click his name just under the health bar and look at his Skill List, which apparently look very diverse, it had:

-Punch
-Kick

Blade Mode:

>Slash
>Stab
etc.

Gun Mode:

>Shoot
>Charge Shot

Sezaru didn't bother reading the descriptions of the attacks as he knew what they all did, the only one he bothered glancing at was something called "Mode Change."

Normal Activation Passive Skill:

>Mode Change: Simply activate by saying Mode Change, and the Form of the GunBlade will change in a 3 Second time span. WARNING: It has a 10 Second (1 Post) Cool Down Penalty.

After reading that, he knew that he had to be careful about changing between the forms of his GunBlade. With that done, he would slowly walk North-West of where his opponent is coming form, hoping to find something to use to his Advantage.

"Well, this is my Debut Duel, of course I'll introduce myself to my opponent, but I have to give it my all.....for my sake, and not let down Rei," Sezaru said as he walked in his own direction breaking a few debris while doing so, lowering his HP slightly, but allowing his KG to fill up slightly without realizing it.

«Samurai» continues to make his way towards his opponent, cutting and kicking debris as he goes.

When the «Compass» disappears, «Samurai» tenses up and slows his pace. He enters his stance, ready to attack or defend if need be. I know you're within earshot. Let's try to make sure this is a good fight. Boredom sucks. I hope you don't waste my time.

(You took 3% damage and only gained 4% KG? You can gain up to 5% per post from «Field Destruction». With D-Rank KG, you gain KG at a 1:.7 Damage-to-KG rate (dealt and taken). Just letting you know for future reference.)

(Thanks for the reference lolz, meh, not too familiar with the «Field Destruction Bonus»)

«Repulse» would notice that his compass disappeared, in his mind, he already knew the opponent was very close by, but he wanted to Introduce himself. "My name is Violet Repulse, I'm pretty much new to this world, I'm a Purple colored Avatar, and yes......let's try to make this a good fight."

«Repulse» would then jump back a few meters and prepared himself for almost anything that could possibly happen. After jumping back, he would be in a stance that looks like him bending down a few inches, left arm extended out slightly, and his right arm bent with the VG - 07 held in a reverse rip.

"Let's have some gun, shall we?" «Repulse»  would say in a calm tone.

Let's have some gun, shall we?

Gun? What's that supposed to mean? «Samurai» didn't say a word as he tried to determine about where his opponent was. With little luck, «Samurai» decided to just chance it. He concentrates and dashes toward the last known direction of his opponent.

Within seconds, he sees his opponent. Hm. So he has a sword, too? This might be tricky. He stops right in front of his opponent and slashes from his sheathe - up, down, left, right - and re-sheathes his katana, ready to guard or dodge.

Tch, this man has a Katana, guess that's where the Samurai part comes from..... «Repulse» would think to himself as he saw Regimental going for back to back slashes with his Katana, and instinctively followed through to block the first slash, which immediately shuts down the 'down' slash, then blocks both left and right roll dodges 1 yard behind him.
"I gotta admit, pretty accurate and quick slashes.....how long have you been playing this game? I'm new to this honestly." Repulse would say as he roll dodges 1 yard behind Regimental.

Repulse would then come attack Regimental with his Reverse Grip style slashing: Right, Down-Left, Up, Left, and then turns 180 Degrees Clockwise to attempt to Stab Regimental's Leg, not arm,

"It'd be too obvious for somebody to aim for the arm, so the leg is the wisest choice to go for." Repulse to think to himself as he then seemingly aim for the arm where at the last second he would then change his aim from Arm to Leg and hopefully Stab Regimental's Leg, which would dangerously cripple his speed.

I gotta admit, pretty accurate and quick slashes... How long have you been playing this game? I'm new to this, honestly. «Samurai» keeps his eye on his opponent, who rolls behind him.

I can tell. No one really holds their sword like that. Makes it harder to actually hit your opponent. Of course, you could say the same about my own style if one isn't trained properly. I've been playing «Brain Burst» for a couple years now, I believe. As «Repulse» begins his attack, «Samurai» leaves his back to him. Holding the sheathe back-handed on the other hand... He simply raises his left arm up a bit, blocking the first strike. He uses the momentum to turn around and block the next two attacks, but the next one almost caught him by surprise. He managed to block it, but just barely. The sword nicked his arm, but it didn't appear the «Repulse» was done. He began to spin around, And unless you have some sort way to block an attack to your back... «Samurai» kicks at his opponent's back. Don't show your back to your opponent. (I'm going to assume that kicking your back stops the next attack and pushes you away. Btw: When I attack w/o slashing, only my B-Rank DIR applies, rather than my B+-Rank ATK. It still uses your B-Rank DEF, though. The same applies when you attack w/o slashing or shooting.)

«Samurai» charges at his opponent, attempting to hit him in the back of the head or in the chin with the hilt of his sword (DIR).

94%/15.4% (I'll add my KG when you post the damage done.)

"Hmmmm, a couple years now, so lemme guess, you were a King before the Reset happened, am I right?" «Repulse» would say after he got kicked in the back and turned around, regaining balance.

«Repulse» would then notice Regimental going for an attack with the hilt of his Katana. In response, «Repulse» would Block the hilt of Regimental's Katana Hilt with his own GunBlade's Hilt, then would process to do a 270 Degree spin Clockwise and use a Heel Kick seemingly towards Regimental's head, where just before the kick happens, he would change direction towards Regimental's back, «Repulse» would then attempt to go a Chain Combo of Slashes and Physical Attacks: Up-Right, Down-Left, Up, Right, Roundhouse Kick, Left Hook, 40 Degree Right Slash, and then Rolls behind Regimental once more to go for a Straight Slash towards Regimental's Waist.

"Well, if you'd like, after this Duel, would you like to stay in touch, maybe create a Clan?" «Repulse» would ask with curiosity, since they're both Purple Colors and it'd make sense for two swordsmen to join up in forces.

(HP: 90%/ KG: 12.2%)

(And I read the other part with the whole none slashing stuff, I got it)

94%/21.7

Hmmmm, a couple years now? So lemme guess, you were a King before the «Reset» happened, am I right?

His opponent was clearly new at the game. As «Samurai» went in with his hilt, «Repulse» once again spun. While the timing was good, the strength behind his kick wasn't all that great. When the spin kick connects, «Samurai» practically shrugs it off, but he still felt a bit sore. Assuming that his opponent would be a bit off balance at this point, «Samurai» rolls forward, using his sheathed sword to whack the back of his opponent's left leg (the one on the ground; DIR again, but probably not more than 1~2% damage since it wasn't that hard a hit), tripping him and effectively shutting down whatever combo «Repulse» had in mind.

Tch. You know about the «Reset», hm? Either your «Parent» survived the «Reset» or their parent did. By the way, you would've had more luck kicking my head. Easier to dodge, but the damage output is probably worth it.

Well, if you'd like, after this Duel, would you like to stay in touch, maybe create a Clan? «Samurai» mulls it over for a second. We'll see how this «Duel» turns out. Right now, you could use a bit more practice. How many «Duels» have you had thus far?

89%/27.1% (Or 28% depending on whether you choose 1% or 2%.)

(HP: 90%/ KG: 12.2%)

Hey, to be honest, you're my first duel Regimental, so I get to learn a lot from you in this Duel. «Repulse» would say with delight, as if he's actually having fun.

«Repulse» got hit by the sheathed sword as he was clearly off balance, even if it's only slightly, gave more than enough leeway to allow «Regimental» to stop whatever combo he had planned next after the Heel Kick.

Tch. You know about the «Reset», hm? Either your «Parent» survived the «Reset» or their parent did. By the way, you would've had more luck kicking my head. Easier to dodge, but the damage output is probably worth it.

Yeah, I know about the Reset, my guardian 'Crimson Flare' told me about it, and the reason why he knew of it was because his older brother 'Moonlight Rouge' survived the «Reset» and then passed down Brain Burst to his younger brother, my guardian. «Repulse» would say this as he got into position to keep on fighting against Regimental.

«Repulse» would then hold his GunBlade in front of him and twist his wrist 90 Degrees Counter-Clockwise, almost bluffing to «Regimental» that he had a Killer Move ready to use against him (By almost, really means that «Regimental» can see that «Repulse» isn't really trying to Bluff it). Though that wasn't the case, it was only to allow for an unorthodox attempt at a Physical to Slash combo, to change up his tactics. «Repulse» would start dashing towards «Regimental» once again but just as he started, he felt the wind a little stronger than just a minute ago, his Guardian: Crimson Flare, from the Spectating Area, yelled out: "SANDSTORM, TAKE COVER!" To both «Regimental» and «Repulse»

Forget the Sandstorm, I'll see this through to the bitter end.... «Repulse» would say confidently, as he almost didn't care anymore who won this Duel, even if he lost Burst Points, he still is having fun in this Duel; at the same time however, «Repulse» isn't planning on going down easily either.

«Repulse» would then continue charging towards «Regimental» to start with a quick Up-Right Slash then continue by doing a 360 Degree Counter-Clockwise Jump and launches a High Roundhouse Kick towards «Regimental's» head, should that be blocked, «Repulse» would then immediately turn another 180 Degrees Clockwise to launch another Heel Kick towards «Regimental's» head; whether that kick had landed or was blocked, «Repulse» would then finish turning the other 180 Degrees and land on both feet ready and would be prepared to Roll Dodge whatever «Regimental» will do next.

(I'm adding from earlier in the first response post you made to mine about the KG reference, lemme know if I miscalculated by a little or if it's good enough; Oh and how do you do that with the Words going into the Link, I wanna do that too lolz)

Forget the «Sandstorm». I'll see this through to the bitter end... «Samurai» chuckles at his opponent's confidence. You sure are confident. But I agree all the way.

He ducks under the first heel kick, and almost shrugs off the other one when it connects. Your kicks don't pack quite the punch your sword does. Figuratively, since neither is a punch. He grins behind his visor. His opponent seemed to be fond of rolling around on the ground. This should put me in the lead. «Samurai» charges in, assuming that his opponent would do his normal dodge, and slashes left to right. As «Repulse» is rolling, he quickly activates his «Killer Move». «Rift Edge»!

81%/3.4%

«Rift Edge»:
Effect: 5 meter range. Deals 1.2x damage.
Description: Regimental Samurai sheathes his sword and quick-draws it to create a Dimensional Rift. «Rift Edge» can be used up to 3 times consecutively (each use is a separate activation). To most, the quick-draw won’t be noticeable and will look like nothing more than the Rift appearing in front of him. (OOC knowledge: Looks like Virgil's Judgement Slice from DMC3).
Weaknesses: Opponents with a Speed higher than Regimental Samurai will be able to dodge it.
(Your KG from damage alone is 14.7%.  Factor in the «Field Destruction», and you're looking at something closer to 19.7%)

(HP: 88%/ KG: 19.7%) <----Fixed KG

Something doesn't feel right....it's as if Regimental's picked up on my habit of roll dodging... Repulse would think inside his head as he Roll Dodges expecting Regimental to go for a Head-On type of Attack.

My God..... Repulse would say silently as he sees the Rift Edge technique appear right in front of him and rolls straight into the Rift Edge technique.

Arrggghhh..... Repulse would groan in pain as the Rift Edge hits him hard and with precision. Mode...Change, Repulse would struggle to say silently as the GunBlade then Changed Forms from Blade to Gun and immediately charged a Bullet to shoot towards Regimental's Right Leg.

I'm not...done yet....Regimental... Repulse would struggle to say inside the Rift Edge as he saw a decent spot for coverage, just as the Rift Edge Killer Move had started to fade out, Repulse would launch the Charged Shot at Regimental's Right Leg. Then would immediately Back Up and attempt to look for a decent amount of Cover to use to his advantage while using his GunBlade's Gun Form.

(The description for «VG-07» doesn't say anything about a "charged shot." It also states that "it takes approximately 3 Seconds" to transform.

Also: «Rift Edge» lasts for maybe a second. Saying that you had «VG-07» transform, charge a shot, then shoot said shot as the Rift dissipates is entirely off base. By the time «VG-07» is transformed, the Rift is 2 seconds gone and I would be charging in.

So: I will be assuming that you get hit, and as you are changing tactics, you're backing up looking for cover. Timing is everything.)

Huh?! «Samurai» was surprised as a bullet hit his leg. He knelt in pain. I see... So you have a gun, too? Quite surprising. This «Duel» just got harder and more interesting. He couldn't help but grin.

He takes his time walking towards «Repulse», unsheathing his katana. He was able to block and deflect bullets before the «Reset». He just hoped he was able to do it now.

(Yeah, you're pretty much about everything you put on the Notes lolz)

Well then....time to buy some time and get cover, I still have that 10 Second Cool Down on my GunBlade.... «Repulse» would think to himself.

Repulse would then find some cover to run to and gain distance and is now thinking to himself, Now.....what should I do since he's coming towards me, even though his leg is slightly injured by the Bullet.....it's only a matter of time before he shrugs it off.....

Just then, he got an Idea, he would let the Cool Down wear off as he would then attempt a more or less combo attack, but it's more of a One Slash attack. Okay......Just got hold on for a little longer then... Repulse would whisper to himself.

So he's hiding, hm? Come out, come out, wherever you are~ «Samurai» knew he wouldn't pop out of his hiding space, but hey, why not taunt? He keeps his katana un-sheathed and ready to block or deflect a bullet, though not entirely sure he could still do it.

Re: Regimental Samurai vs. Violet Repulse

Post by AncientHalo on Tue Dec 10, 2013 12:15 pm

Come out, come out, wherever you are~

Now's the time to do it......let's hope it works out... «Repulse» would think to himself as he hears «Regimental's» words

«Repulse» would first shoot Two Bullets towards «Regimental's» Head and Left Leg each; just to distract him from his real goal. MODE CHANGE! «Repulse» would say as he jumped back 1 meter to get the three seconds he needed for the Gun to Change Forms into the Blade Form, as he openly showed «Regimental» this now.

This needs to connect....... «Repulse» would whisper to himself, then says "Iku-Ze" as he started running towards «Regimental» once more, this time bluffing that he's going to do a Chain Combo, which is what he initially thought of doing, but this time, just one strike OR a two hit combo would suffice for this.

«Repulse» would immediately go for a Low Sweep with his Right Leg aiming for «Regimental's» calves, which would cause him to jump up or backwards. Either or would work for «Repulse's» purpose, he would have already placed his Pinky Finger on the trigger of the GunBlade,

(Though, if Regimental does get hit by the Low Sweep, then everything else is almost guaranteed to land on Regimental, dealing a decent chunk of Damage)

How's this for Strategy. «Repulse» would say with some pleasure and some Blood Lust in it actually as he swings towards «Regimental's» torso and slash up towards his head, while at the same time, pulling the Trigger on his GunBlade, which releases a Bullet.

(It's only viable because the Bullet technically goes upwards, hence why it can't be used very casually in Blade Form unless it's being used in unison with an Upwards Slash)

Which then causes the Bullet slide up through the Edge of the Blade, making it sharper while the Bullet itself is being used in the same attack. As «Repulse» is executing this entire process, he seems to be enjoying this Duel, almost with too much Blood Lust, as «Repulse» begins to Grin with a worsening Malice, practically enjoying the pain dealt to him and his opponent, because he never felt such a Blood Lusting-Rush like this before, it excited him, and is going to make «Repulse» want more the longer the Duel lingers.

Re: Regimental Samurai vs. Violet Repulse

«Samurai» heard his opponent's gun fire, and just barely deflected the bullet meant for his other leg. The one meant for his head grazed him as he tilted his head, scratching and cracking his visor.

MODE CHANGE! «Samurai» was surprised to say the least. Not only had his "taunt" worked, but his opponent was changing again? He was thinking that «Repulse» would change forms like «Taupe Wolf», but instead, his gun became a sword. So that's how you switched your «Armament»...

As «Repulse» goes in for the low sweep, «Samurai» kneels down to reinforce his legs. Just as he thought, his opponent didn't have a lot of strength, so «Samurai» was only a little off balance. But he had very little time to regain his balance as «Repulse» slashed at his chest. He uses his katana to deflect it as much as possible, but with as little time as he had, it still cut his shoulder. And that's saying nothing about the bullet that passed along the blade at the same time.

«Samurai» glances up to the Heads Up Display and is disappointed in what he saw:
|■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■|[1499]|■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■|
|■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■|[---:---]|■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■|

He had more experience than this newbie, and yet he was losing. He was excited, also, that he had met such a worthy opponent. About your previous offer of making a clan? My "Legionnaires" still acknowledge me as their King, so «Infinity Ægis» has become a clan of sorts. Re: Regimental Samurai vs. Violet Repulse

(HP: 70%/ KG: 39.3%)

So that's how you switched your Armament... Repulse would hear Regimental say with intrigue.

Yes, that's how I change my Armaments around. Repulse would say to Regimental as he did the sweep to Slash Combo to Regimental. Where he managed to at the least cut Regimental's shoulder.

About your previous offer of making a clan? My "Legionnaires" still acknowledge me as their King, so Infinity Aegis has become a clan of sorts. While I'm not exactly a Legion Master anymore, you can join us whenever you like.

Sure, I'd like to join the clan after the fight if you'd like. Repulse would say this as he gets kicked in the chest by Regimental.

Rift Edge! Repulse would hear Samurai say with the intent to win. Tch.....great, this move again and I'm right in the middle of...

Arrggh... Repulse would grunt in pain as the Rift Edge had taken him by surprise as he was hit with it the moment he regained his balance from the kick.

Though the Rift Edge lasted only a split second, Repulse managed to catch eye of extra debris that he can destroy. The moment Rift Edge had dissipated, Repulse immediately went to the debris and destroyed it to further increase his KG Bar. This should help me prepare the Final Attack.......I kinda hate how my KG Bar does increase slowly.......guess it compensates for how powerful it is...I just hope that the fight lasts long enough for me to actually do my Killer Move... Repulse would think to himself as he gets hit by Rift Edge and is destroying the Debris.

«Samurai» follows his opponent's lead and builds up more of his «Special Gauge» from «Field Destruction». Your «Special Gauge» is just over half full. Why haven't you used your «Killer Move» yet? «Samurai» charges toward «Repulse», katana sheathed and ready to attack.

He stops just outside of arm's reach and slashes at his opponent four times.

(HP: 49%/ KG: 54%)

Repulse would continue to destroy some extra Debris to rack up some more percentage on his KG Bar, afterwards, he would see that Regimental was dashing towards him ready to attack.

Following Regimental's slashes almost by the movement, Repulse missed out on one slash but just barely dodged the entire Slash as it nicks his shoulder slightly. Tch, so you've noticed I haven't used my Killer Move yet huh....truth be told, you'll have to wait and see why I haven't used my Killer Move at this point, though I may not even get a chance to use it in this Duel. Repulse would say to Regimental with an icily calm voice.

As now Repulse would react by going for another Diagonal Up-Right Slash towards Regimental's Torso, where he would then follow up by going into another Sweep towards Regimental's Ankles, to throw off his balance slightly more than before. Then finish off the combo with the same Bullet-Slash Combo from just a few moments ago, seeing that it proved slightly effective to Regimental.

This is a good fight, I'm enjoying it quite a bit. Repulse would say happily, with some malice in his voice as his Blood-Lust in this Duel is starting to advance slightly higher.

Tch. I see. In that case... Hearing the response, «Samurai» was both intrigued and wary. Typically, the higher the cost for an «Ability», the more powerful it is.

«Samurai» uses his sheathed katana to block the first strike. As «Repulse» crouches for the sweep, «Samurai» knew what to expect, so he crouches as well - however, he hadn't expected the sweep to be quite so low. The sweep connected with the side of his knee and shin, so the damage was minimal. Against the upward slash, «Regimental» again attempted to deflect it, but the bullet still pierces through his defense. Gah! He knew that his arm wasn't going to be usable for much longer. This duel was beginning to get repetitive, anyway. «Samurai» knees his opponent in the gut and jumps backwards. As he lands, he slashes the ground a couple times.

I agree that this is a good fight, and I fear that I'm probably going to lose at this rate. «Samurai» takes a deep breath, ready for whatever his opponent throws at him. He glances up at the HUD and grins. At least I still have some fight in me still... «Rift Edge»!

38%/-.6% (I dealt at least 1% damage from the kick, which would put me over 30%. I'm just not sure exactly how much I dealt, so this -.6% is just a technicality of OOC and IC knowledge conflicting.

Also: This has only taken 6 minutes and 49 seconds in-game... And that's with each post as longer than 10 seconds. I estimated about how long it would take normal people doing this stuff... And 6.817 minutes (409 seconds) is about where we're at. lol)

(HP: 45%/ KG: 61.6%)-----> (HP: 45%/ KG: 70.7%) <----13% (Dealt) x 0.7 = 9.1% KG Gain after damage dealt last post.

I agree that this is a good fight, and I fear that I'm probably going to lose at this rate. Repulse would hear Regimental say to him.

I appreciate the compliment, but c'mon Senpai, you're overestimating my abilities; even if I do show potential. Repulse would say this as he looks at the HUD on both players sides and notices Regimental's KG Bar at a sufficient level.

Tch.....I already know what's gonna happen at this point. Repulse would think to himself as he noticed Regimental going for a Knee to his Gut, immediately bracing himself for it so it wouldn't do as much damage, right after as Regimental was in midair jumping backwards, Repulse would dash towards Regimental attempting the only insane tactic: charging towards Regimental Senpai predicting the exact moment that he would call out Rift Edge.

C'mon......3...2....1.....Repulse would be thinking inside his head as he was sprinting towards Regimental Senpai.

Rift...Regimental would hear Regimental at that moment and instinctively Dove towards him as he called out, Edge!

At that moment Repulse was just a slash length away from Regimental, and attempted the insane task of once again going towards the injured arm as he was hit by Rift Edge, ggaagghhhh..... Repulse would groan slightly in pain as Rift Edge had once again made contact with him, but like he dove towards Regimental, he didn't care much about the pain, ignoring it as much as he could.

"It's not....OVER YET!"

Repulse would say with an intense fighting spirit as he front flipped in midair allowing him to get close enough to spin 270 Degrees Clockwise to launch another Heel Kick seemingly towards Regimental's head, but the same tactic as the beginning, at the last possible second he would change the target to Regimental's upper back, obviously pushing him 'just close enough' for Repulse deal out the Bullet-Slash combo, this time after the Heel Kick landed, Repulse would use that momentum from the kick to rebound Counter-Clockwise 270 Degrees and actually use a Tennis Motion for a Skill Shot he know's how to do: "Super-Rising Shot" which consists of Repulse bending down his body slightly to reach his target much easier and swing up, instead he's using a GunBlade, his Enhanced Armament "VG - 07" and slashed diagonally upwards while pulling the trigger, and to put an emphasize on this attack, he would do the same thing Regimental just did and knee him in the Gut

After doing these things, Regimental would more than likely be off balance and Repulse would take the opportunity to gain some quick distance, break some debris very quickly as there miraculously some present at his current location, assess his situation and once again check the HUD and smirk as he saw his KG Bar and each other's HP Bar.

Hmmpphh.....so it's finally ready.... Repulse would think to himself glancing at the HUD as the fatigue is beginning to get to him in this fight, even though it's hard to feel the Fatigue at this point, he ignores this and continues to allow the Adrenaline Rush and the Blood Lust to keep him fueled for the Duel, and immediately re-focuses his attention to Regimental Senpai.

C'mon Senpai! Just a little longer, let's enjoy this until the bitter end! Repulse would say energetically to him, since he's having too much fun at this point, also expecting Regimental Senpai to look at up at the HUD Screen and almost be astonished as to why he never used his Killer Move until just in a few seconds.

«Repulse» did a front flip in midair, allowing him to get close enough to spin 270 Degrees to his right with another Heel Kick, seemingly towards the head of «Regimental Samurai». Dude, seriously. «Samurai» slashes at his opponent's unguarded back. Quit spinning around unless you have some way to guard your back.

[Three options here:
  1. As the slash knocked «Repulse» off balance, «Samurai» charged in for another attack. [You'll be unable to finish either kick. -7~13%]
  2. «Repulse» managed to block the attack. [This will mean you're unable to finish either kick. -0%]
  3. Even though «Repulse» couldn't block the attack, he still bent his leg - landing a kick to the right side of his opponent's face. [You'll be able to finish the first attack, but the "rebound" won't happen. -7~13%, but you get to land a hit.]]
«Samurai» managed to block the upward slash, but only because the body language practically gave it away. The bullet pierced the ground behind him, making «Samurai» glad that he had blocked that one. However, he felt a sharp pain in his gut as «Repulse» landed a knee in his gut. Quit copying me, dammit.
[38%/1.2% vs. 25%/100%]

|■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■|[---:---]|■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■|
For some reason, «Repulse» took that as an opportunity to gain some distance. You're gonna have to work on not "Transmitting" your attacks like that. Swordsmen only have so many movements with their sword. I'm no exception, but the Iaido-style kendo I was taught makes judging the attack's timing slightly more difficult to an untrained swordsman. You've done well, but you're still just a rookie swordsman.

C'mon Senpai! Just a little longer, let's enjoy this until the bitter end! «Samurai» pondered his opponent's words. "Bitter end," huh? I see, then. Taking his opponent's words as a sort of taunt, he once again charges in, slashing at his opponent four times.

(HP: 25%/KG: 100%)

(I'll take option 2 lml)

Repulse managed to block the attacks getting a slash to his back, at the cost of not finishing his attack altogether. Noticing that Regimental has started to charge towards him.

"Tch, couldn't finish my combo but....." His Enhanced Armament would glow an intense Purple Aura as he said these words and ran towards Regimental-Senpai; knowing this is an "All-or-Nothing" Situation.

I may be a rookie swordsman.....but I got this one attack you'll be surprised to see, Repulse would think to himself as he smirked devilishly.

"Shadow BREAK!" Repulse would shout to Regimental as they were just one step away from each other, he would manage to swing the sword under Regimental's first slash in order to collide with his Katana; going for a Diagonally Up-Right Slash while clicking the Trigger on his GunBlade again, causing another Bullet to speed upwards to Regimental's torso. Also, if Shadow Break makes contact with Regimental, the Duel is just as good as over, since an instant release does 40% Damage.
