Character Application Sheet

Real World:
Name: Your name, please keep it realistic.

Age: Age limit of 20. Not higher.

Gender: pretty easy.

Appearance: several lines describing your char's physical appearance. A picture with a few added details can do.

History: The history of how your char grew up. please make it clear, add how s/he got Brain burst and the nightmare after installation.

Personality: several lines describing how your char thinks and act, important to consider toward Avatar creation. It is important that points from the History are clearly reflected in the Personality; that is to say, why your character acts in a certain way is backed up by an event or teaching in their past.

Points of Distinction: A few things peculiar about your char, could be from the color s/he prefers to some abilities s/he have.

Brain Burst Avatar:
Appearance: several lines describing your char's physical appearance. A picture with a few added details can do.

Explanation: Explanation on how your avatar relates to your char.

Parent: Give here the avatar name of your Accel world parent ( the person who gave brain burst)

Abilities and Armaments: You have 1 Killer move/Active skill ,1 Normal Move (Normal Activation/Limited Activation Passive skill). 1 Ability or Starting Armament. If an EA is chosen, then the moves may make use of the Starting EA, so there will always be 2 Normal Moves available.

Starting Armament can come with a boost/Ability of its own. Although is it slightly weaker due to the small bonuses having a weapon gives.

For armaments like swords, clubs, claws, etc, the normal move will be implicitly taken to refer to actions performed using these weapons, so rather than list stuff like 'Slash', 'Thrust,' or 'Bash,' simply list all permissible actions as the weapon's ability.

For more complicated weapons like guns, or other equipment, specify if they use existing Moves.

Moves / Enhanced Armaments

-Name: name of the Move, Ability of Armament. Copy this section more if you need to.

-Cost: Cost for activation or use if there is one

-Description: Describe the Move, Armament or Ability's visual assets.

-Effect: Give the effects of Move, Ability or Armament.

-Weakness: Tell the weaknesses (if one) [Note: All strong moves MUST have a weakness.]

I just like to suggest that you put a code box so it has a specific format and it looks more presentable.

Here is one that I just made you can tweak it as you please:
